SURFASANA PRACTICE

Surfasana is a unique practice that weaves together asanas, surf moves and mindfulness. It is a fun practice meant to improve our surfing while cultivating a steady mind, a sound body, and a deep connection to our environment.

Through yoga-inspired postures, meditation and breathwork, we emulate the mind-body-surf experience, allowing us to work on our surfing miles from the sea, and cultivate mindfulness in the waves.

Surfasana is not a pre- or post-surfing yoga flow, it is not SUP yoga, it’s not a yoga on the beach practice.

The intention is to go beyond just improving your surf and being physically fit. Surfasana is intended to positively influence mindful living. Creating habits to take with you long after you leave the shore and step off your mat.
